Alisa Gemar, Promoted to Head of Operations

ESM is excited to announce the promotion of Alisa Gemar, to Head of Operations.

Alisa is instrumental in leading and managing technology roadmaps, customer projects and deliverables as well as overseeing ESM’s internal operations.

In just a short period of time, she has transformed ESM’s dashboards to track real time customer engagement, activities and project status. She has introduced key technology partners and strategic solutions that allow ESM to run more efficiently, providing a scalable platform for ESM to grow at an accelerated rate.

Daily she supports our team in providing reports to help make informed decisions around the management of company and client projects.
