Khai Sim, Promoted to VP Public Practice & Special Projects

ESM is excited to announce the promotion of Khai Sim to VP, Public Practice & Special Projects.

Khai is a key partner in the oversight and management of the Workers’ Compensation programs of large school districts and private employers.

Khai develops litigation strategy with clients, claim examiners and defense attorneys on how to maneuver claims through the litigation process. She educates her accounts about how to manage their claims with best practices to positively impact the trends and outcomes of current and future claim costs. She helps create panel vendor firms and pricing for clients.  She audits and provides recommendations to her client to improve the effectiveness and reduce costs of their Workers’ Comp programs.
