Department Project Manager (Claims Advocacy)
California/Bay Area (Remote position)
In this role, you will liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including Customer Success and Claims Advocacy) to ensure an optimal customer experience. This role’s primary focus will be to support our Claims Advocates by gathering the necessary data they need to synthesize and make recommendations to customers. This position is critical to ensuring our high level of customer satisfaction is maintained. The right candidate is organized, disciplined and works well within a dynamic team of passionate employees all working together to win and be their best!
Workers’ Compensation Claims Management Advocate
California (Remote)
We are currently seeking the right candidate who will bring added value to all key stakeholders by assisting and educating employers with managing their Workers’ Compensation claims. The Advocate must also engage with claims examiners to ensure best practices for the most optimal results.
Responsibilities include analyzing loss runs and claim handler status reports, then strategizing and negotiating to move cases to resolution. Documenting results, trends and outcomes is a critical component of the deliverables. Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Power Point is a requirement to create professional deliverables. Familiarity and comfortability utilizing technology is required.
The job includes consistent follow up and report scheduling, leading and facilitating in-person or telephonic claims reviews for productive, informative exchange of information and ensuring accountability to agreed-upon action plans. It also requires the ability to learn many different carrier/TPA online claim systems, in addition to our internal programs and processes using Teams and Salesforce.
Environmental Safety & Health Specialist Manager
California (Bay Area, Los ANgeles or San Diego)
We are currently seeking an entrepreneurial individual who is passionate about making a difference, to work as an EH&S Manager. We are searching for an EH&S Manager who will engage in both client and ESM leadership in building strategic plans and energize both customer and team in optimal performance. Leveraging data, this person will identify trends and opportunities for improvement, both for customers and ESM.
This job requires professionalism, a solid understanding of technology, and a broad technical knowledge of OSHA, Workers’ Compensation case law, California Experience Rating, insurance policy terms and employment issues, along with being able to communicate with all levels of employees.
This is a full-time role, and is remote with onsite client service needs.

New business development, from either ESM clients in California; generated leads, referrals, or own knowledge base.
Set digital marketing goals and corresponding strategies using all necessary tools (e.g., website (SquareSpace), emails, newsletters, social media and blogs)
Establish and amplify ESM’s online brand presence
Analyze web traffic metrics and suggest solutions to boost web presence and increase lead generation
Monitor SEO/SEM, marketing and sales performance metrics to forecast trends
Build strong client relationships through social media interaction
Develop marketing content for our growing technology tools
Keep customers and our network updated on the latest technology features and products
