About the speakers:

Bob Howarth, MS, CSP is the Safety Director at ABM overseeing 60,000 employees. Prior to ABM, Bob was the Manager of Safety Services at The Walt Disney company. Mr. Howarth is an experienced Safety Director with a demonstrated history of working in the facilities services industry. He is skilled in Operations Management, Emergency Management, Workplace Safety, Safety Management Systems, and Risk Management. He is a seasoned operations professional with a MS focused in Occupational Safety and Health from University of Southern California.

Anthony Poston, ARM, AIM is the CEO of ESM INSITE. He has spent the past 20 years in Risk Management starting at Charles Schwab as a Risk Analysis. There he helped implemented PATRIOT Act procedures to mitigate fraud and compliance violations by developing algorithms to monitor trading and banking patterns at both Charles Schwab Bank and Charles Schwab Broker Dealer. Over the past 15 years at ESM, Mr. Poston has worked with thousands of employers to help interpret Government regulations and develop actionable tools to mitigate compliance exposures while also reducing the risk and cost associated with Workers’ Compensation.
