Promotion of Alisa Gemar to COO

ESM is proud to announce the promotion of Alisa Gemar, from Head of Operations to Chief Operating Officer!

Alisa continues to drive value by leading our company in all aspects of the business. Some key roles include:

  • Leading our technology development and project managing our roadmap

  • Expanding ESM’s Business Intelligence platform for customers and ESM’s internal Key Performance Indicators

  • Managing & administering ESM’s Learning Management System

  • Managing customer contracts and project deliverables

  • Maintaining oversight of key operational needs such as insurance, HR & Billing platforms

  • Helping ESM’s leadership team in shaping our long-term strategy

  • Supporting our team in resolving day-to-day challenges

Alisa continues to sharpen her business acumen by absorbing more key responsibilities that allows ESM to propel forward on all fronts.
