Monthly Safety Training Program

Training is a critical implementation practice that ensure compliance with company policies and satisfies Cal-OSHA’s IIPP. After policies are developed, a training schedule and safety tips will be prepared for supervisors.

• Monthly or semi-monthly training schedule

• One page safety training tips (tailgates) provided along with attendance sheet (English & Spanish available)

• Training tracking sheet to monitor % of trainings completed

Stewardship Report

At the end of the project the ESM team will provide a Stewardship Report that will service as go-forward strategy and a leveraging tool for Workers’ Compensation premium credits. The project Stewardship Report will include:

• Close out and summary of the project and results

• Go-forward safety strategy to execute

• Marketing tool for your broker to negotiate Workers’ Compensation premium credits (minimizing the overall cost of this program)
