ESM has created an exclusive online workspace for employers to share Workers' Compensation best practices, recommendations, tools and insights into managing their programs. Our private Slack channel facilitates authentic experience sharing, knowledge transfer, cross-industry networking and long-term professional relationships. GENERAL RECOMMENDATION:                    

We recommend downloading the Slack App to your computer and pinning it to your taskbar. This will provide a shortcut to access the workspace.

RULE #1

No Soliciting.    

RULE #2

Content and membership will be monitored by administrators. If a member does not comply with applicable ethical standards, they will be removed from the community and their subscription cancelled.  Please be courteous and respectful of other members.

RULE #3

Please keep political ideologies to yourself. There is no place for it in this workspace. Members who engage in political posturing will be removed from the membership.            

RULE #4

This is an employer focused group.  Agencies, carriers and general vendors are not admitted. Vendor Partners associated with this Membership have been specifically selected by ESM Administrators to provide subject matter expertise.

RULE #5

Privacy is paramount. Contact information will remain private, but you can set up online calls through the Slack interface.                       

RULE #6

This is not Facebook or LinkedIn. This is a workspace where professionals collaborate and share useful and relevant advice, content and tools in a real-time format.
