Rafael’s experience working in energy, manufacturing, operations, maintenance, construction and various field technician positions has provided a foundation of understanding operational efficiencies, compliance and safety best practices. Rafael focuses on assisting clients with developing safety standardization and educating teams on the importance of adhering to protocols. He strives to enhance his client’s safety culture while balancing the human and business elements of a risk management program.
Rafael “Rafa” Torres comes from an experienced background in Safety Consulting and Risk Management. Rafael’s career spans decades in a variety of industries including warehouse, construction, manufacturing, weatherization, energy assistance, and field technician work within oil refineries. Rafael has used his years of experience to help him better serve his clients and the goals they want to achieve. He loves training and sharing his vast knowledge of safety with his clients and their employees, focused on mitigating the risk and cost associated with Workers’ Compensation.

When not focusing on work, Rafael enjoys spending time with his family, his 2 dogs, restoring old cars, and supporting his community through a non-profit outreach to homeless and underserved individuals.
