Kristine works with employers, brokers and claims administrators to facilitate prompt resolution of Workers’ Compensation claims with the ultimate goal of reducing the cost and impact of workplace injury. She serves as an advocate for her clients, and a liaison with the claims administrator, to ensure that the claims are positioned for cost effective resolution and are accurately reserved.
She strives to provide valuable oversight and direction with the claims administrator to ensure that her clients have the information and resources needed to make the best financial, legal and ethical business decision for the management of their Workers’ Compensation claims.
Kristine has over 10 years of California Workers’ Compensation claims management experience. She started her career as an insurance agent and continued her career into Workers’ Compensation, working for a large TPA in the capacify of a Teams Lead, and Senior adjuster. Throughout her career, she has worked with employers, brokers, small accounts and large temp agencies. Kristine has also worked for a cost containment unit, as a Senior Analyst, working on reducing clients x-mods. She now works as a Claims Advocate assisting clients to manage their claims and costs.
Education
Kristine graduated from Cal State Northridge with a B.A. in Political Science and minor in Sociology, which she was able to complete in 3 years.
