Courtney works cross-functionally with Customer Success and Claims Advocacy to ensure an optimal customer experience and a high-level of satisfaction. She’s responsible for new client onboarding, reporting and data management, driving utilization of ESM’s INSITE portal, and maintaining relationships with brokers, customers and carrier contacts.
Courtney has 10 years of experience in customer success and project management within the software industry. She’s worked directly with both financial and higher education clients on implementation, adoption, and renewal. Most recently, she worked with customer success teams to lead strategic projects focused on improved efficiency and streamlined processes. She has a passion for helping clients realize the full value of their investments in new technology.
Education
Courtney earned her B.A. in Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara. She subsequently pursued her MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.

Courtney is an active volunteer with Hire Heroes USA, an organization dedicated to helping veterans and military spouses gain meaningful employment in the civilian workforce. She also enjoys spending time with family and exploring the outdoors.
